Qualifications and Skills for the Financial Controller: * Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent): Part:qualified candidates with strong, relevant experience will also be considered. * Proven experience in a Financial Controller role or similar senior finance position. * Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others. * Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. * Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Solid understanding of UK tax regulations, including VAT, corporation tax, and PAYE. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. * Ambitious mindset, with the drive to grow into a Finance Director role.
