Senior Accounts Assistant Location: Skegness Salary: Up to A GBP 30,000 per annum Benjamin Edwards are currently recruiting for a Senior Accounts Assistant for an established organisation in Skegness. You will be joining a friendly and dedicated finance team supporting the Management Accountant and the wider finance team. Whats on Offer for the Senior Accounts Assistant * Great team and culture/fantastic reputation for staff retention * free parking * free concessions and staff discount * further development and training Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accounts Assistant * Assist with the monitoring of balance sheet postings to ensure accurate reconciliation of ledgers. * Management of accounts and reconciliations. * Assist with the fixed asset register and communicate with department heads to ensure accuracy across all sites. * Full monthly audit trail review to ensure accuracy of entries and highlight any necessary prepayment/accrual adjustments. * Complete monthly and annual prepayment/accrual adjustments. * Overseeing the purchase ledger to ensure accurate postings and payments. * Assist the Management Accountant and Finance Controller with financial analysis as required. * Support with cash processing with daily revenue recognition and reconciliation. * Complete monthly income reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting. * Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation. * Carry out any further ad hoc tasks as directed by the Company.
