What's on Offer: 9989; Competitive Salary: GBP 65,000 per annum 9989; Career Growth: Access to exceptional career development programs and training opportunities 9989; Benefits: Private healthcare, company pension scheme, and structured career pathways 9989; Additional Perks: A range of benefits designed to support your well:being and success Key Responsibilities: : Plan and allocate work for the team, including PPMs and responsive tasks. : Oversee all operational matters related to plant and equipment maintenance on:site. : Act as the engineering operational lead for the Banking Institute. : Liaise with Contract Managers and Clients to ensure maintenance work aligns with site policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. : Take ownership of key plant areas as allocated. : Ensure all records and documentation are updated and maintained to required standards. : Conduct quality checks on completed work. : Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate complex site works. : Manage team productivity and ensure training plans and PDPs are in place. : Act as Technical Operations Manager in their absence, as directed by the Account Manager. : Provide guidance on contractor RAMS for non:routine site works. : Assess contractor competencies as required. : Advise on technical competencies required for mechanical and electrical maintenance and coordinate necessary training. : Develop and review site policies and procedures related to plant and equipment maintenance. : Identify and implement training plans specific to installed equipment for staff development.
