Our Laundry service – Little Bill Laundry – Provides washing services and linen rental producing over 500,00 items a week for our 7 Imperial London Hotels and other hotel brands across central London. What we want from you A proven track record of working within the commercial laundry sector with some technical knowledge. To manage and supervise the operations team preparing, processing, finishing, repairing or dispatching garments to required quality standards. Setting the operations KPIs with the general manager and producing and managing the operational budget Ensure and enforce that the Operations Team carry out and maintain their operations in compliance with UK Statutoryregulations. Produce and put in place the preventive and corrective maintenance plan to keep the machinery in perfect conditions in compliance with UK Statutory regulations Interview and recruit staff for the operations department and Ensuring the welfare of all staff within the areas under your management. Report any incident with any member of the staff following the company procedures. Plan annual leave available slots throughout the year and produce a rota for each shift for all the operations team
