If you possess the following and looking for a Company that can support your personal technical development, then, send your updated CV for this fantastic opportunity not to be missed!! 1st Line Service Desk Analyst with MSP experience Excellent customer service skills - both written and verbal Experience with the Autotask ticketing system (a strong advantage) Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, SharePoint, and Intune Basic networking fundamentals Prior experience in an MSP environment is essential Experience working on a busy service desk Client site visits when required Experience working in an ITIL environment Ability to work rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM ***Hybrid working (3 days onsite/2 days remote) following successful completion of 3 months induction/probation period.
