The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our friendly Commercial team in Seaford. Key Responsibilities The Commercial Legal Assistant will provide direct support to the Practitioner, for example by: * Assisting clients both in person and by telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly manner; * Making appointments, arranging meetings and diary management for the Practitioner; * Providing support and guidance to other members of the team and wider team; * Preparing correspondence and documents including audio:typing; * File management; * Preparing mail and enclosures for despatch; * Arranging for all copying to be completed; * Securing the confidentiality and security of the firms client documentation and information; * Committing time to training and self:development.
