Principal Responsibilities stylemargin:top:0.0cm;margin:bottom:0.0cm: : Supporting and maintaining full functionality of equipment and applications provided by the DDI team. : Ensuring all aspects of the environment are maintained efficiently with minimal disruption to the customer base. : Working effectively as part of the global team to drive infrastructure deliverables and support requirements. : Ensuring that standard ITIL processes are followed correctly and appropriately, e.g. problem management, incident management, release management, change management and configuration management. Implement ITIL best practice where applicable. : Identifying, monitoring, driving, and tracking service improvements contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. : Participate in an on:call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours (following initial training / settling in period).
