We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile M and E Engineer to join an established building services company, covering a portfolio of high:end commercial office buildings across Berkshire and West London. This role is ideal for a self:motivated, electrically:biased engineer who thrives in a mobile environment. Key Responsibilities: : Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems (plant rooms, lighting, AHUs, pumps, etc.) : Undertake minor building fabric repairs, basic plumbing tasks including drainage, and other general maintenance duties : Use a PDA system to close/update tasks and log all completed works : Support and liaise with specialist subcontractors when needed : Ensure Health and Safety procedures and site protocols are followed at all times : Maintain accurate records/documentation for all site activities : Proactively identify and address maintenance issues or repair requirements Requirements: : City and Guilds Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent) : Proven experience in commercial or high:end residential maintenance : Strong fault:finding and diagnostic skills across M and E systems : Full UK driving licence : Excellent communication and customer service skills What's On Offer: : Competitive salary up to GBP 45,000 (depending on experience) : Company van, fuel card, phone and uniform provided : 25 days holiday + bank holidays : Generous overtime opportunities : Training and development tailored to your career path : Excellent company culture and progression prospects : Pension scheme and other corporate benefits This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and skilled engineer to join a respected FM provider with strong values and long:term contracts.
