Rotating Day Shift : Monday : Friday What You Will Do: * Oversee site facilities management, including lighting, plumbing, sprinkler systems, fire alarm maintenance, and HVAC systems. * Conduct general repairs to buildings, roads, drains, and other infrastructure while ensuring compliance with insurance and BRC standards. * Manage contractors effectively, including issuing permits to work and ensuring safety standards are met. * Support engineering teams with TPM activities, including PPM cycles, corrective work, and compliance with LOLER and PUWER regulations. * Collaborate with engineering management to resolve machine issues and optimise production equipment performance. * Implement cost:effective solutions while adhering to budgetary constraints, ensuring value for the business. What You Will Bring: * Certification as a qualified craftsperson with NVQ or C and G in Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi:skilled disciplines. * Proven experience in a maintenance environment, ideally within the FMCG sector. * Familiarity with CMMS systems and a strong track record of adhering to PPM schedules. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and contractors. * A hands:on, detail:oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
