Week 1 : 6am : 2pm Monday to Friday and week 2 : 2pm:12 midday Monday to Thursday. What You Will Do: : Assemble, integrate, and test military vehicles in line with manufacturing instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards. : Conduct basic tests and fault:finding to confirm the integrity of vehicle systems, sub:systems, and Line Replaceable Units (LRUs). : Interpret technical drawings and specifications to understand requirements and carry out tasks with precision. : Complete technical reports and assist the Quality department as needed. : Maintain a safe, efficient, and organised working area, adhering to 5S principles and production schedules. : Perform crane operations and lifting tasks following safe working practices and instructions. : Support logistics operations, including the movement, delivery, and inspection of parts and consumables. What You Will Bring: : A Level 3 qualification in an engineering or manufacturing discipline, or equivalent experience. : Proven assembly experience within a mechanical engineering or production environment, ideally in a similar industry. : Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions. : A solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and quality control processes. : Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
