We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Lending Product Manager. HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of Man (CIIOM) business supports both international expatriate clients (HSBC Expat) and local customers across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. This role is an opportunity to become a key member of the Retail Banking Product team based in Jersey, Channel Islands. The role holder will be responsible for implementing strategy and undertaking day to day management of lending products . In this role, your responsibilities will include: stylemargin:bottom:13.0px: : To analyse, monitor and evaluate key business metrics (profit, brand, resource, cost, performance to drive revenue performance, commercial opportunities, which are customer centric, sustainable and scalable. : Generating business cases to support the development and launch of new products, projects and initiatives, in order to grow key market segments and achieve business objectives. : Responsible for oversight and governance of lending processes, with consideration and focus on all aspects of lending policy, process and risk and control management, including annual and monthly planning, reporting and performance monitoring. : Ensure that Lending policies and processes are fair, compliant, customer:centric and commercially sustainable across all stages of the customer life cycle. : Establish a close working relationship with stakeholders and delivery partners, actively managing dependencies between teams and other projects and programmes, including UK based colleagues supporting the CIIOM business and Global product management. : Experience of making prompt and practical business decisions, d riving innovation from what our customers are telling us, proactively analysing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes and developing sustainable and quantifiable improvements that will increase our customer satisfaction.
