The Role: As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be a key player in delivering cutting:edge workplace solutions from concept to completion. You will lead projects, develop innovative designs, and work closely with clients and colleagues to bring visions to life. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from initial brief to successful handover. * Develop compelling design concepts, mood boards, and detailed technical drawing packages. * Translate client needs and strategic workplace consultancy insights into functional and inspiring designs. * Ensure full compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant legislation. * Create comprehensive FF and E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specifications and schedules. * Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and external consultants. * Present design concepts with confidence and passion to diverse stakeholders. * Mentor and support junior designers, contributing to the growth of the design team. * Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies. About You: * You possess a strong portfolio showcasing a proven track record of delivering high:quality commercial interior design projects. * You have extensive experience (ideally 5+ years) in a similar Senior Interior Designer role within the commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors. * You are proficient in industry:standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop. * You have exceptional communication, presentation, and client:facing skills. * You are a creative problem:solver with a meticulous eye for detail. * You thrive in a fast:paced, collaborative environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. * You are passionate about creating impactful spaces that enhance wellbeing and productivity.
