Sound understanding of digital platforms, CRM, Loyalty programs and Marketing Automation. Knowledge of AdTech and MarTech tools/platforms, as well as Adobe Experience Manager is a plus. Comfortable managing internal stakeholders across data, planning, creative and production teams.
