Our client, is seeking an experienced and strategic Communications Manager to join their team in Guelph, Ontario. Reporting to the Senior Director, Communications and Stakeholder Relations, the Communications Manager will play a critical role in leading the organization s strategic communication initiatives. This is a hybrid role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that support corporate objectives, enhance stakeholder engagement, and uphold the organization s brand integrity. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement integrated corporate and operational communications plansCreate compelling messaging around key focus areas and initiativesRepresent the organization at sector-related meetings, working groups, and industry eventsSupport issues management and crisis communication effortsGrow the media relations strategy and consumer campaign initiativesManage and support digital communication channels and optimize digital capabilitiesEnsure brand integrity and compliance with brand standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and support internal communicationsProvide project management leadership within the Communications team DESIRED PROFILE: Minimum 8 years of experience in communications, journalism, marketing, or public relationsProven experience managing corporate communications and digital channelsStrong background in project management and stakeholder engagementExperience in agriculture or a regulated environment is an assetDemonstrated success in people management and team leadershipBilingualism (English & French) is considered an assetWillingness to travel for events TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with SAP CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and CMS platforms is an assetStrong understanding of digital communication trends and toolsInterested in this Opportunity?
