A Master's degree or MBA is an asset. :Minimum 8:10 years of progressive leadership experience in system operations, utility operations, or infrastructure program management, preferably within the electrical transmission and distribution industry. :Strong understanding of transmission and distribution systems, grid operations, and control center functions (e.g., OGCC, BUCC). Familiarity with capital program development and budget management. :Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate multidisciplinary teams. Experience providing strategic direction and managing cross:functional collaboration. :Experience developing multi:year business plans, operating budgets, and analyzing financial performance metrics with an ability to make data:driven recommendations. :Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. :Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, develop business cases, and deliver approved programs on time and within budget. :Experience supporting regulatory filings or rate cases is an advantage. :Ability to analyze performance data, identify operational risks, and implement corrective measures effectively.
