In this role you will: stylemargin:top:0.0cm;margin:bottom:0.0cm typedisc: : Lead and participate in meetings to discuss user requirements and design throughout the projects development phase. : Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, documenting, and implementing applications and scripts in collaboration with quality assurance. : Collaborate with business clients to interpret and negotiate business requirements for system development projects. : Maintain, support, and enhance existing applications. : Guide client communities and project teams in all aspects of support and project work. : Provide leadership in developing test cases and test scripts, assist in creating and retrieving required test data, and review business design documents to ensure accurate reflection in test cases. Support business partners with UAT testing as needed, and maintain and track PLOGs. : Lead high:level estimates, timelines, and schedules for projects. : Develop Functional Specification Documentation (EDD) and other required documentation (e.g., workflow design, storyboards, activity diagrams/matrices, data mapping, and data validation). Work with the team to finalize documentation and support transition teams as required. : Define, plan, and maintain a strategy for the architecture, development, and implementation of technology systems, and provide effective technical consulting and support services to clients and project teams. : Conduct IST and IST regression testing on projects as required. : Stay updated on new technology, applications, scripts, and servers. : Mentor junior team members to develop new technical expertise. : Participate in and lead code reviews, helping to establish best practices for the team.
