Requisition ID:75644 Responsibilities Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle. Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules. Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Develops specifications for new contract orders. Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity; creates and maintains bills of material and parts/commodities numbers in supply chain management or other Enterprisewide systems. Required Experience and Skills The supply chain professional will work closely with the Digital Supply Chain Team on various projects involved in improving overall supply chain processes and systems. This person will be exposed to all facets of supply chain, will identify opportunities for improvements and automation, and develop methods for increasing the performance of overall Supply Chain. This person will learn best practices and leadership skills in a global environment. The job responsibilities will include: :Identify all possible opportunities to improve the performance of Skyworks Supply Chain :Gather requirements from various supply chain teams / planners to design and implement process improvement :Work closely with IT and the planning world to automate processes :Training and rollout of the solution to all parts of the organization :Communicate effectively and proactively, engaging stakeholders across the organization to facilitate process improvements :Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and data accuracy Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators Desired Experience and Skills :Strong analytical and problem:solving skills. :Effective communication and collaboration abilities. :Familiarity with Excel and interest in learning tools like SQL and Power BI. :Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast:paced, dynamic environment. :Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
