Targeting the major M and E contractors we supply a wide range of clean energy solutions that deliver financial savings, carbon reductions and energy independence. Working throughout the South Midlands (M4/M6/M5/M1), as an Area Sales Manager, youll already have an acute knowledge of construction M and E businesses; we will provide all of the knowledge and product training, you bring your drive and sales professionalism. BASIC SALARY: A GBP 45,000 : A GBP 50,000 BENEFITS: A Uncapped bonus year one cA GBP 12,000 + A End of year bonus A EOT bonus cA GBP 7,800, A Electric company car A 20 Days Holiday, A Contributory pension TERRITORY: Based from home you will cover : South Midlands (M5/M6/M1/M4) YOU COULD LIVE: Anywhere on the patch for example, Swindon, Oxford, Birmingham, Luton, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Coventry, Cambridge, Cheltenham, Worcester, Coventry, Reading, Gloucester, etc. JOB SPECIFICATION: Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Renewable energy, Construction, M and E As our Area Sales Manager, you will own the territory and drive the growth of business through initially new business, maintaining each client you win. You will not be heavily KPId as we want to recruit adults who know how to do their job. We certainly will not be calling in the morning to make sure you have packed your lunch, that said, we are here when you need us We offer full design, installation, maintenance, and finance of our energy systems As our Area Sales Manager, you will: A Build on the current database of target clients mapping out the M and E sector. Ideally targeting new builds to get specced in. A Categorise target audiences working closely with the Sales Director to create a go to market strategy. A Sell to a wide range of decision markets (buying / procurement teams to Engineering / General Managers). A Have a target cA GBP 250,000 per month with order vales form A GBP 100,000 : A GBP 250,000 : average lead times are c6months A Managing a respond accordingly to inbound leads, c20 per month EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Renewable energy, Construction, M and E To be successful in your application youll need to demonstrate your knowledge and experience of selling into the M and E contractor market. We are open on what youve sold as is it the knowledge of the market we are most interested in. In additional you will have: A Managed a similar sized territory (based from home). A Ideally sold a product which as a technical element and requires fitting/installing. HVAC or Fenestration would be a distinct advantage A The ability to demonstrate how you generate new business and manage accounts once won. We will provide full training about our products and processes, we like our staff to feel valued and give them the autonomy to succeed (you should know more about your customers than we do). Ultimately you will be the face of the business and the conduit for growth.
