Responsibilities: * Perform asbestos surveys (Management, Refurbishment, Demolition). * Collect and analyse bulk samples. * Create and deliver survey reports promptly. * Communicate regularly with clients and team. * Stay updated on asbestos health and safety laws. * Maintain a professional image for the company. Requirements: * BOHS P402 certification. * Minimum 2 years post:qualification survey experience. * Full UK driving license and willingness to travel. * Flexible working and IT proficiency, including TEAMS. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
