Asbestos Surveyor Job Type: Permanent Salary: Up to GBP40,000 (depending on location, qualifications, and experience) We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join a well:established consultancy operating across multiple regions, including London, the South East, East Anglia, and the Midlands. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct management, refurbishment, demolition, and re:inspection surveys on a variety of domestic and commercial properties * Undertake all forms of PCM air testing, including four:stage clearance procedures * Produce clear, accurate, and timely reports in line with current industry regulations * Work safely and in accordance with Health and Safety legislation and best practices * Provide professional, high:quality service to clients across all levels Essential Qualifications and Skills: * Full UK Driving License * BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Surveying Desirable Qualifications: * BOHS P403 and P404 or RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Air Monitoring and Clearance Procedures We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a customer:focused approach.
