Key Responsibilities: * 4:stage clearances and Certificates of Reoccupation. * Comprehensive air testing. * Asbestos surveys on high:spec commercial properties. Who Were Looking For: * Essential: P403 and P404 qualified (3+ years experience). * P402 (surveying) qualified (2+ years experience). * P405 qualified or willing to obtain. * Full UK driving license. * Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach.
