In this role you will: stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px typedisc: : Partner with areas of the organisation that are part of the overall Enterprise Architecture (Operating Model, Ways of Working, Data, Technology, Operations etc) to build constant alignment and synergy between teams and business groups whilst collaborating closely with the wider Business Change and Business Readiness teams to foster continuous alignment on frameworks, ways of working and capabilities. : Partner with Product, Portfolio and Client Onboarding Delivery Directors to contribute to designs and monitor implementation of target operating models and practices and support development of a business architecture strategy for multiple domains, applying a structured approach and methodology for capturing key views of the business. : Work with the Global Functional teams to support creation of an agreed Enterprise Operating Model to represent 'what' Securities Services is and does. Support embedding this model into business operations as a fixed reference point for change planning. Act as ambassador and a culture champion for a capability:led approach to change. : Manage intake and prioritisation process for continuous improvement recommendations from other teams within Securities Services, providing the tools and support to enable self:service where practical in addition to working with the business to understand and define business processes that meet goals and objectives and maximise the value proposition of the technology solution proposed. : Support management of the domain requirements and design processes, ensuring alignment with HSBC corporate business and technology strategies and enterprise business architecture strategy.
