About the Role: This is a permanent role, offering long:term stability and the opportunity to be part of a growing, well:respected company in the asbestos industry. You will be expected to travel UK:wide, conducting surveys across a wide range of sites:80 of which are commercial. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am:5pm. Occasional evening/weekend or working away requirements will be compensated accordingly. Salary and Benefits: * Competitive salary: GBP38,000 : GBP45,000 (dependent on experience) * 20 days annual leave + bank holidays * Company vehicle + fuel card * Parking/toll charges covered * Company uniform * Company:supplied tablet and software * Ongoing training and professional development Roles and Responsibilities: * Conduct asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys in accordance with HSG264 * Produce high:quality reports using company software * Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams professionally * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times * Represent the company with punctuality, professionalism, and integrity * Travel nationwide as required Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years dedicated experience in asbestos surveying * BOHS P402 (or equivalent) qualification * Strong commercial survey experience essential * Full UK driving licence * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail * Must be Essex:based
