What will your typical day look like? Our practice spans advisory, implementation, and operational support, enabling us to guide clients through strategic planning, technology deployment, system design, and ongoing transformation. We work across all levels of the Canadian healthcare system-supporting hospital networks, regional health authorities, provincial ministries, and national organizations. Our team focuses on clinical operations, digital health innovation, CIS/LIS implementations (e.g., Epic, Cerner), service planning, and new care models to improve outcomes, efficiency, and access.
