Job Summary: The said position is for Construction Automation group under ASG (Application Support Group). The team provides all automation related support for Construction applications. You will establish and administer the portfolio of construction automation applications and data requirements for projects. Major Responsibilities: : Provide comprehensive assistance to project teams, which encompasses application setup, training, application usage, software quality assurance, reporting, database management, and the completion of all construction automation software and applications. : Coordinate, plan, and conduct essential meetings, workshops, and presentations to enhance communication and training among team members. Develop user guides and training materials, and deliver training sessions to ensure users are proficient in using automation tools. : Support the execution of the project automation plan by assessing and coordinating the implementation of new automation modules and tools. : Conduct testing and offer support for data integration associated with new releases of production software/programs to ensure smooth operation. : Tailor applications according to customer specifications to improve functionality and user experience. : Apply knowledge of database management and programming skills to assist with construction planning, work packaging, progress reporting, material management, turnover/completions, workforce management, and timekeeping. : Collaborate with the project IT lead/manager to ensure construction requirements are integrated into the project automation plan. : Provide troubleshooting and application support through IT service management (ITSM) channels as required. : Create innovative solutions to address challenges encountered during project execution to effectively meet client needs. Education and Experience Requirements: : Requires bachelors degree in Engineering (or international equivalent) minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
