Were looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of exceptional technical support and training across our organisation. What do we expect from you? As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our teams and customers receive the highest level of technical support. Youll lead a small team of Technical Product Training Managers, collaborate with suppliers to drive product improvements, and work cross:functionally to ensure our products are supported with robust training and troubleshooting resources. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: * Diagnose and resolve product:related technical issues for internal teams and field technicians. * Provide guidance on maintenance and software updates to ensure optimal product performance. Training and Knowledge Sharing: * Lead and support Technical Product Training Managers in delivering consistent, high:quality training. * Collaborate with HR and People Development to align training with business needs and competency frameworks. Supplier and Stakeholder Collaboration: * Work with suppliers to resolve technical issues and implement product improvements. * Ensure correct product specification and usage through ongoing supplier engagement. Support Infrastructure and Tool: * Manage support channels including phone, email, live chat, remote access, and on:site visits. * Maintain and update the internal knowledge base with technical documentation and self:help resources. Continuous Improvement and Best Practice: * Monitor support trends and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. * Promote best practices in technical support, including clear communication and proactive issue prevention. The position is based at our offices in Ashford, Kent and the successful candidate must live within a daily commuting distance of our Ashford Office.
